Description
This class utilizes stretchy, rubber fitness bands that add resistance to your workout. The exercises are ideal for strengthening your core to improve posture, range of motion, and balance. Resistance bands are provided. Please bring a mat and water.
This class takes place on Fridays at 10:00am in the Movement Studio on the first floor of the Gallery.
