Description
A beginner tap dance class that will help tone your body and sharpen your mind. Studies have found that dance reduces dementia risk, promotes brain reconditioning by activating cognitive functions and motor skills, and serves as an excellent cardiovascular exercise. No tap dance experience is necessary. Taps are provided.
