Community Update 12/28/22

We hope you have had a wonderful holiday season.  As we head into the new year, hopefully old man weather will be nice to us and send us some sunshine to warms things up.  

Assessment Payment Update –  Do not forget to update your assessment payment amount from $220 to $225.47 beginning 1-1-2023.  If you have any questions or need information, please stop by the front desk and the staff will be able to assist you.

New Year’s Eve Tickets – we have our last 8 tickets left for our New Year’s Eve event.  If you are interested in attending, please stop by to purchase immediately.  Tomorrow morning, we will open to guests of residents/Pulte to attend the function.  Cost is $40 per ticket (check or credit card*).  Doors open 8pm-12:30am for residents attending the event.

Reminder that the clubhouse Gallery will closed to residents at 5pm on the 31st for the private resident event.  The Gallery Clubhouse will reopen to all residents at 8:00am-10:00pm via key fob on January 1st and January 2nd.

12/31 Saturday – 830am-5pm

1/1-1/2 Sunday-Monday will be closed in observance of the holiday.

1/3-6 Tuesday-Friday 8am-6pm

1/7-8 Saturday-Sunday 830am-5pm

Fitness classes will resume on Tuesday, January 3rd, but will require you to have your fitness punch card.  If you have not yet purchased, they can be purchased at the front desk for $80.00.  $4.00 per class/20 classes.
