Community Garden Area Update 1/12/23

The garden area in the community is a limited common area of the association overseen by the Garden Club and the plots in the garden area are rented by residents of Del Webb eTOWN.  Residents grow plants and vegetables for their enjoyment and to consume (which they pay for). Unfortunately, people are going into the garden park and taking vegetables and flowers from resident plots. If you have removed items thinking it was community share, please cease immediately.  

The garden area is not a dog park for dogs to run around off a leash. The only place dogs can be off a leash is at the “bark park”.

Cameras were installed in the area last week and through Envera we now have monitoring capabilities of the area. 

We appreciate everyone being respectful of others property.   If you are interested in learning more about the Garden Club, they have a club information in their book at the Gallery Clubhouse.
