Fitness Equipment Orientation

Description

This orientation will teach you how to use cardio and weight machines safely and effectively. You will learn safety tips and general knowledge of exercise to gain the confidence to begin your fitness journey.

Fitness Orientations are no cost but require prior sign-up using SignUpGenius.

Fitness equipment orientations will occur once a month at varying times to accommodate all residents’ schedules.

November’s Fitness Equipment Orientation will take place on Monday, November 27th at 7:30pm in the Fitness Center.
