Join the First Coast Heart Association team for an interactive morning of lifesaving education with “Hands-Only” CPR.

Attendees will learn about the importance of lifesaving Hands-Only CPR and have the opportunity to join the Nation of Lifesavers by participating in CPR demonstrations and learning the two easy steps of Hands-Only CPR.

Please join us to help reach the American Heart Association’s 2030 goal of doubling the survival rate of sudden cardiac arrest by ensuring at least one (1) person in every household knows Hands-On CPR.
