Community Update 3/13/23
Good morning,
I hope everyone had an enjoyable weekend.
Someone has damaged the callbox at the front. We will be reviewing camera footage to try and determine what happened. We have a service call in to see what can be done to remedy the situation. Our goal is that it can be repaired, and it will still operate properly. If not, we will let you know next steps.
Owners are responsible for escorting guest to association amenities at all times, but I also want to make clear that the HOA also has quite a few registered residents/owners in the community that are younger than 55 and they are allowed to use the amenities. We have many new residents whose faces you may not be familiar with, so be kind and respectful and report to the office your concerns to avoid resident conflicts. Make a note of date/time/location and send the information to the management team and we will research the incident and look at the cameras.
St. Patrick’s Day Celebration Event, Friday, March 17 5pm-8pm ~ Come and join your community neighbors for an evening of fun and fellowship. Tickets are $10 and available at the front desk.
