Community Update 3/21/23
Name Tags – If you moved into the community 2022 – June 2022 and you have not yet picked up your name tag at the front desk, please stop by and pick up your name tag. If you moved in June 2022-February 2023 if you filled out a nametag form your name tags are now available for pickup at the front desk.
We order name tags quarterly; next order will be placed in June 2023. If you need a replacement, they can be purchased for $10 (check or credit card).
BIG Thank you for all that came out to our St. Patrick’s Day Celebration. A special thank you to Lisa Bullock, Debra Harvey, Jackie Manning, and Neil Brady who assisted us with making the event a special evening.
Save the Date | Cinco de Mayo – May 5th 5pm-7:30pm – Additional information will be coming out soon… we hope you can join us for an evening of fun, street tacos and margaritas.
If you are interested in assisting with setup and/or cleanup for Cinco de Mayo you can earn a ticket to the next HOA sponsored event. We usually need 2-3 people for setup and 2-4 people for clean-up ~ you can see Lindy for sign up.
Out of the Office: Lindy and I will be out of the office Monday, March 27-11am thru Friday, March 31 attending training and taking some PTO time. We will be in the office on Thursday morning by appointment if you need anything.
During our absence Sonny, Desiree, Heidi and Lester (ARC) will handle the day-to-day items. We also have our 24/7 customer care line that can assist you at 866.378.1099.
We will have limited access to email during our absence, so we will respond to any emails upon our return. If you have an issue that requires a face-to-face conversation, we will schedule a time upon our return to meet the first week of April.
