Landscaping:

With weather being nice and warm, please make sure that you are irrigating your turf to avoid it dying.

Flower beds, weeds, mulch, trimming of shrubs, trees and general landscape maintenance need to be done and maintained.

Florida turf is hard to manage, between weeds, critters and cinch bugs you probably will need a qualified company that can assist you with lawn maintenance.   It is important that you maintain, so that you are not impacting your neighbors’ lawns.

Potted plants you may have up to 6 plants in pots total on your property, but only three (3) are permitted in your front of your home.

HOA ARC Guidelines are available on the Connect Resident Portal or HOA Website if you need clarification or direction (attachment).

Construction – we have reached out to construction to ask them to park in the parking lot next to the Lifestyle House instead of the street and the same with the subs to park properly on the street instead of the sidewalk.

Lindy will be in the office on Sunday and then we will be out of the office Monday starting at 11am thru Wednesday.  If you need anything during our absence, please contact the front desk for assistance or 24/7 customer service.

We will have limited access to email while we are out of the office.

The weather is supposed to be beautiful this weekend.

Save the date – Cinco de Mayo – details coming soon.
