Join us in celebrating our 1st Annual Fall Festival!!

Ring in the Autumn season with a community-wide festival, featuring horse-drawn hayrides, a beer garden featuring brews from Veterans United brewery, live music, carnival games, crafts, a pumpkin patch & carving contest, food trucks, and more!

This event is open to all Del Webb eTOWN Residents and their guests of all ages! Bring your family and friends!

Wristbands

General Admission wristbands are required for carnival games, hayrides, and pumpkin patch. To pick up your wristband ahead of time, stop by the front office after purchasing your ticket. Wristbands can also be picked up the day of the event at Will Call

Beer Garden wristbands are required for entry to the beer garden and may be picked up ahead of time at the front office, or the day of the event at Will Call. Drink Tickets may only be picked up the day of the event, at Will Call.

Vendor Booths

Interesting in selling something at the fair? We welcome resident vendors and crafters to host a booth at the fair, free of charge! If interested, please email Kaitlyn at kaitlyn.smith1@fsresidential.com BEFORE September 20th to reserve your space.

General Admission - Adult
General Admission ticket includes admission, hayrides, carnival games, and pumpkin patch. General Admission wristband will be available for pickup either at the office before the day of the event, or at Will Call on the day of the event.

General Admission ticket includes admission, hayrides, carnival games, and pumpkin patch entry. Wristbands are available for pickup prior to the event at the front office, or at Will Call on the day of the event. This ticket is only for children under the age of 13.

Beer Garden - Add-on
This ticket DOES NOT include general admission! Beer Garden Add-on includes entry to the beer garden, two drink tickets, and light appetizers. Admission to the beer garden is for those 21 and older ONLY. Please bring photo ID with you to the event. Beer Garden entry requires a separate wristband. Wristbands can be picked up prior to the event at the front office, or at Will Call the day of the event. Drink Tickets can only be picked up the day of the event, at Will Call.
