Description
A combination of cardio, strength, core, and stretching to improve muscle tone, flexibility, and balance using a mat, free weights, and body weight. Please bring a mat and water.
This class takes place on Mondays at 10:00am in the Movement Studio on the first floor of the Gallery Clubhouse.
