Description

Have fun and move to the music through exercises designed to increase muscular strength and improve balance and range of motion. Suitable for a variety of fitness abilities as the instructor can modify exercises for different skill levels.

This class takes place on Wednesdays at 10:00am in the Movement Studio on the first floor of the Gallery.
