Description

We operate in multi-cultural communities, schools, families, churches, and workplaces. So, is it possible
to unite? This is a provocative question that deserves an answer. Our answer is “yes”, with a Polarity
ThinkingTM -based framework called S.O.A.R. We ultimately desire to build a foundation of trust and to
restore relationships. This often requires hearing one another’s intent and owning our potentially negative
impacts, while affirming alignment around a greater purpose.
