Tip Tap Shape (Tap Dance Class)

Description

A beginner tap dance class that will help tone your body and sharpen your mind. Studies have found that dance reduces dementia risk, promotes brain reconditioning by activating cognitive functions and motor skills, and serves as an excellent cardiovascular exercise. No tap dance experience is necessary. Taps are provided.

This class will meet on Tuesdays at 1:00pm in the Fitness Studio in the Fitness Center.
